Cancellations & Refunds

1. Order Cancellation
  • Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing them, provided they have not been shipped.

  • Customers can raise cancellation request by logging in to their account and click request cancellation button under my orders section
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

2. Refund & Replacement Policy
  • We do not offer returns or exchanges on our jewelry, except in cases where the product is damaged upon delivery. Customers are requested to keep the jewellery tags intact and resend the product with original packaging.

  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof and images.

  • After verification, we will offer a replacement or a refund, as applicable.

3. Refund Process
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.
